PARTNER WITH US
Give Business Owners a Clearer Funding Introduction
VeriPoint Funding works with qualified professionals and organizations that regularly encounter businesses exploring commercial funding.
Our referral program is designed to create a professional, low-pressure introduction while helping partners protect the business relationships they have already built.
Professional Introductions
Clear Partner Role
Subject to Approval
Participation requires VeriPoint approval and a written referral agreement. Compensation is not guaranteed.
A PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL EXPERIENCE
A Simple, Relationship-Friendly Process
Partners make an approved introduction. VeriPoint and participating funding providers handle the funding review and any provider-specific conversations.
Simple Client Request
The business owner completes one short request or accepts an approved introduction from the referral partner.
Partner Review
The request may be reviewed for potential alignment with participating funding partner programs.
Clear Next Steps
If a potential pathway may be available, the business owner receives information about requirements and next steps.
No Obligation
The business owner decides whether to proceed. A referral does not require acceptance of an offer.
POTENTIAL REFERRAL PARTNERS
Who May Be a Good Partner Fit?
We consider professionals and organizations that already serve business owners and can make appropriate, permission-based introductions.
Accounting and Advisory
Accountants, bookkeepers, tax professionals, fractional CFOs, business consultants, and other professional advisors.
Equipment and Commercial Sales
Equipment dealers, commercial vehicle sellers, technology providers, franchise consultants, and other business-focused vendors.
Professional Services
Attorneys, insurance professionals, business brokers, marketing agencies, technology firms, and commercial service providers.
Business Networks
Associations, independent sales organizations, referral groups, consultants, and other organizations serving business owners.
APPROPRIATE REFERRAL SITUATIONS
When a Business Introduction May Be Appropriate
A referral should begin with a real business purpose and the business owner’s permission to make the introduction.
A Referral May Make Sense When:
- The business owner has authorized the introduction
- The funds are tied to a legitimate commercial purpose
- The owner understands that VeriPoint is not a direct lender
- The business is prepared to provide accurate information
- The owner wants to explore possible options without an obligation to accept
- The referral does not conflict with professional, legal, or contractual duties
Do Not Submit a Referral When:
- The business owner has not authorized the introduction
- The information is known to be false or misleading
- The requested funds are for personal or unlawful purposes
- Guaranteed approval, rates, amounts, or terms have been promised
- Confidential information cannot lawfully or ethically be shared
- The referral would violate an existing agreement or professional obligation
HOW PARTNERING WORKS
From Partner Application to Approved Introduction
Partner applications are reviewed before access to the referral program is granted. Approved participation is governed by a written referral agreement.
The exact referral process, attribution rules, communication standards, and compensation terms are controlled by that agreement.
1. Submit a Partner Application
Tell us about your business, profession, audience, and expected referral activity.
2. VeriPoint Reviews the Application
We may request additional information, licenses, registrations, website details, or clarification before making a decision.
3. Complete the Referral Agreement
Approved applicants must review and complete the applicable written agreement before submitting compensable referrals.
4. Make Approved Introductions
Use the approved referral process, disclosures, descriptions, links, and materials provided by VeriPoint.
CLEAR PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES
What Referral Partners May and May Not Do
Referral partners make introductions. They do not underwrite, approve, negotiate, or bind VeriPoint or a participating funding provider.

- Ask the business owner for permission to make an introduction
- Use VeriPoint-approved descriptions and referral materials

Activities Partners May Not Perform
- Guarantee approval, funding, rates, fees, amounts, or terms

- Quote unauthorized pricing or repayment information
- Collect funds or sensitive documents unless specifically authorized
- Bind VeriPoint or a funding provider to any commitment
- Represent themselves as a VeriPoint employee, lender, underwriter, or agent

POTENTIAL REFERRAL COMPENSATION
Compensation Is Controlled by the Referral Agreement

- Duplicate, existing, ineligible, or improperly submitted referrals may not qualify
